I'm about two years too late, but omg this series, but particularly this episode is amazing! It caught the essence of every possible opinion on the Internet on the subject of race/slavery. Like this was a great series and she (as well as the others) are phenomenal actors

It's a horrid subject and I wish it could be dropped. But the level of questions she gets shows exactly why it can't be. Yes, I realize that she's picking out the ignorant ones to highlight. But the simple fact that they are there to be picked out shows the need, IMHO.

I would say to the people who think it's offensive, well, slavery is offensive, but it's still part of history we need to acknowledge, I mean, I think it's good that they do acknowledge it with this kind of thing at the historical sites. What would be truly offensive to me, is if they were to refuse to talk about it or accept that it happened.

Your show is what I would call, " a breath of fresh air". Don't think I've ever had use for that term before. I believe comedy is a fantastic tool for educating people-often without them realizing they'd learned anything until much later. Mostly, I think, because learning a bit of history in an entertaining way awakens one's curiosity to know more about that subject…or maybe I'm just an obnoxious white person who devotes way too much of my time to watching episodes of Ancient Aliens. Hard to say.
