Schooled by Youtube: Heads of Hate #40: Ronald Reagan

In a video posted on The Black History School, we learn more about Ronald Reagan earned hero status among many Americans because of his ability to restore the economy and American ideals. He was against big government and focused on cutting taxes, and rebuilding the people’s trust after the Watergate scandal and the Vietnam War. Coined the Great Communicator, Reagan’s less heroic efforts were vetoing laws that created better opportunities for minorities and women.

The black history school was designed by leading black experts to ensure that black people are fully aware of an unfiltered version of our history. We don’t have to rely on others to explain the greatness of our people and we don’t need others to educate our children. Instead, this platform is structured to give millions of black men, women and children around the world access to the truth from which we came.

He was a pitiful president when it came to the working class. He took away the interest deductions on credit cards and the interest you could deduct from buying vehicles. He tried to take away interest deductions on home owners. These things were a big help to the working class. The only people who benefitted during his time were the rich. He increased the federal debt by 186%!!! So I don't see how any working class person, black or white could think Reagan was a great president.
