Simone Biles vied at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the Women’s Qualification. She assisted team USA’s first-place certification in the final. The ending rank stat log for Team USA was 185.238. This mark surpassed the second-place certified Team China. Biles became eligible as an advanced gymnast.

She also competed in four of the five individual finals. In all, Biles notched 62.366 points. Her vault performance earned 16.050 more on the scoring records. She racked up a sum of 15.633 on the beam. Biles gashed competition on the floor exercise by clocking 15.733 on the scoreboard.

On August 9, 2016, Biles won her first Olympic gold medal in the gymnastics team event. As the only gymnast for Team USA to compete on all four events in the final, she contributed an all-around score of 61.833 (15.933 on vault,14.800 on bars, 15.300 on beam, and 15.800 on the floor). The Americans won their team a gold medal with a score of 184.897.

This was over eight points ahead of the silver medal-winning Russian team.

On August 1, 2016, Biles earned a gold medal in the solo all-around category. She surpassed Aly Raisman and Russia’s Aliya Mustafina. Biles notched an entire sum of 62.198. She tallied 15.866 on the vault. Her score on the uneven bars was 14.966.

She earned 15.433 on the beam’s scoreboard. Biles recorded 15.933 on the floor exercises. She had the most excelling position on the vault, balance beam, and floor. She had beyond 15 points on the beam in the finale. Biles fared well at the U.S. National Gymnastics Championship in August 2019. 

Biles was top-notch in the all-around competition. Her merged two-day score was 118.500. She morphed into a premier femme to finish a somerset on the floor gymnastics. She also was the prime gymnast who successfully achieved a somerset alight off the beam.

Biles was positioned at the forefront of the vault contest. She surpassed Jade Carey and Mykayla Skinner. She was also at the prime above Kara Eaker and Leanne Wong. Biles was ranked at the top in points for the floor exercise as well. This put her in front of Carey and Sunisa Lee. Biles was at the tertiary spot-on after competing on the uneven bars.

This put her behind Lee and Morgan Hurd.
